Special Category Personal Data is a separate category of Personal Data which requires your express consent for processing. In this context it relates to medical information of players, which may be relevant to player protection.  Player medical information will be shared with Scottish Ruby through Scottish Rugby’s Registration System(SCRUMS). Player medical information will also be shared with coaches and officials where necessary to protect player welfare including, where necessary, coaches and officials of other clubs.
