Our excellent facilities are available for occasional hire for events including our bar(s) such as:
- Lunches, dinner or reunions
- Adult birthday parties*, engagements, wedding receptions or retirement parties (allowing for a dance floor the recommend number for downstairs would be up to a maximum of 140)
- Burns Suppers or ceilidhs
- Corporate Fun Days*
Our Downstairs Function Room has direct kitchen access, a wooden floor and large windows overlooking Goldenacre making it a very versatile space, ideal for larger gatherings of 90 to up to 180 guests depending on your requirements and how you would like the room set up, whilst the Upstairs Lounge is carpeted and can be used for smaller gatherings of around 70 – 100 guests.
Our bars are reasonably priced – with draft and bottled beer, spirits, selection of wine and canned soft drinks. (All alcohol consumed on our premises must be purchased through our bar.)
Kitchen facilities are available on the ground floor for use by prior arrangement. Although we don’t provide catering directly, our preferred caterers are Mackenzies Outside Catering who would be delighted to provide you with sample menus and prices upon request.
Costs are dependent upon the type of function, guest numbers and and your requirements.
